Holiday comments on Buck Cody...
Question: What pitcher do you think has improved most
during this season?
Tom:
I would probably have to say Buck Cody. I think he's probably the one guy the
pitching staff really needed. We were short on our left-handed pitching, and he
became exactly what we needed in terms of being a lefty we could trust. He
filled that void and I think when you go from being a team "member" to
being as important a player as he is to our staff, he becomes the most improved
player.
